We ordered on whatsapp and was assisted by Andiswe, who called her supervisor Puseletso, who was urging with us, making noise in front of other customers. We waited for 30 minutes, just urging. She told us that it kfc whatsapp its not part of them as Mr. d. Am disgusted by such service after a long argument she then called her boss then her boss told them to assist us with the price of the promotion. Kfc must train customers to talk to customers, not raising your voice out as if they don't know customer service. Why didn't they remove the ad after promotion ended...and why make noise to customers infront of other customers... why not cut the argument short instead of making a long dialog. Waste of our time arguing. This is bad customer service telling us they have nothing to do with whatsapp. Why introduce whatsapp orders if it's not part of kfc. We waited another long time for the order. Puseletso does know how to deal with clients, very rude. We are very angry
