We are paying customers service and quality needs improvement

Have never in my life been this disgusted with kfc (n1 city specifically) as i am 2day....orderd a wrapster box requesting a thigh....recieved a thigh with the skin so hard i had 2 peel off all da skin nd was left with a piece of chicken that hardly had chicken on....it seems as if they do not use fillets 4 there wrapsters or twister meals anymre instead thy used overcooked breast pieces of chicken....this is nt the first bad expirence nd was brought under the attension of management before but they have a carefree attitude towards customer complaints hence the outburst 2day...standing in line already puts one off one cashier over lunch tine with a que thats not moving...never again
