Water instead of Sprite!!!

<p>I went to KFC at N1 City (the one in the mall), i bought 3 streetwise two's with 3 sodas, 1 coke and 2 sprites. I drive back to work, i am having lunch, i take one sip of my sprite, and all i can taste is water with acid, "soda water". Is it right that I pay for water when I asked for sprite ??? When I want water I buy it!!! i called the store, spoke to a shift manager Leo, he said to me i must drive back from work, to the Mall and get a bottle of sprite. No apology nothing but offering of another option. What about my time that I have wasted? What about my petrol that I used to go there for the second time, mind you, because of your lack of proper customer service. Why should I be the one to point out your fault? Should your food and drinks not be checked to be customer worthy before being sold to customers? One would expect exceptional service for the prices you guys charge. I am disgusted, EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!!! ASAP!!!</p>
