Wasted Trip – KFC North Coast Road Refused to Make My Order

Absolutely appalling service at KFC North Coast Road. I placed an order online and chose to collect it at the store. When I arrived, not only was my order not ready—they outright refused to make it. No explanation, no assistance, just a complete disregard for my time and effort. This kind of service is unacceptable. Why offer online ordering if the branch has no intention of fulfilling it? I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning
