Wasted time.

I went to KFC in von Brandis Street this morning. On the door is their operating hours which state Mon-Fri they are open at 8 a.m. I stood outside the door at 7.58 am waiting to assisted. The staff was inside having a fat conversation while they saw that I was standing by the door. I stood there for almost 10 minutes looking like a fool. Eventually a cashier came to the door and asked what I wanted? That left me puzzled because even my 5 year old son knows that when you go to KFC it is because you want to buy chicken. Then she tells me that they have a problem and will only be opening at 9. They saw me get there and they carried on as if I was invisible, I wasted valuable time standing at that door. Are they not able to put up a sign and make their customers aware? This is uncalled for and unprofessional! Ya'll better start treating your customers right, time is valuable!!!!
