Waste of time at KFC

KFC Silverton on corner of James and Pretoria drive is the worst kfc I've ever seen... Service is ****.. They never have chicken for either burgers or twisters... I'm standing for 11 min in the drive thru just to come to the collection window to be told they must start frying the chicken. And it's like the 8th time... Unfortunately it's on my way to work so I have to make use of this branch... But useless is an understatement!
