Waste of time and money. No service delivery

I went to buy food from KFC, served by Thembi. I had to argue to get what I wanted with all their product bundling. When I left the chips that I ordered were not in the bag. I had to drive back to sort out my order and all Rejoyce had to say is she is \sorry\". Sorry does not cover my petrol, time and wear & tear on my car. My money back would be compensation, but then as Rejoyce put it she cannot give money from the safe. All she could offer was more food. My dogs are thankful for the extra 3 pieces of chicken. Close the branch if you cannot do your job! KFC so resonates South Africa's lack of service delivery, they really do not care!"
