Waste of time!!!!

I visited the KFC in Meyersdal yesterday, I went through the drive through, I had waited approximately 10 minutes before I decided that the wait was already too long, but unfortunately, there were cars behind me, so I had no choice but to wait. After ordering at the window it took around 20 minutes for me to get my order at the pick up window.<br> <br> I asked the person at the window about the wait time and what was the reason for the delay, all he said was I'm sorry and continued to ignore me and go about organizing other orders, <br> The service was pathetic, and the food was definitely not worth the wait, the chips weren't even salted and no salt had been provided in the bag. <br> <br> I have already implemented a boycott for the store in Brackenhurst where I have told family and friends in the area about the pathetic service, terribly prepared food and the dishonesty of the staff there, <br> I will be telling people of this issue, so that they can think twice before supporting a store that clearly has *********** staff and no structure and capacity to organize.<br> <br> I do not accept the apology, it was insincere and no valid explanation was provided.<br> Try again.....
