Waste of Money

Last night my boyfriend and I went to KFC, we ordered, but decided that we wanted something else. When asking the staff member to change our order, she was rude and shaked her head. We bought 2 Fully Loaded Box Meals with cheese on the burgers and 2 mini loafs. To our suprise - it was awful! The chicken on the burgers were so small and dry, the buns were old, the mini loafs were old, the chips were old, the chicken was dry! And everything was cold. Luckily the Box Meal comes with a drink - seeing that we wouldn't have been able to swallow the food without. I'm disappointed, and it's not the first time we bought KFC that was horrible. From now on, we'd much rather go to McDonalds that's just across the street! I suggest KFC should change their attitude towards clients and the quality of their food because they're losing customers!
