was served an open take away of mash and gravy

hi, yesterday afternoon 17:05 i went into kfc west street Durban to buy my kids the kfc famous bowl for dinner, before i joined the queue i ask the cashier if they have the kfc famous bowl available as i did not see it displayed on the menu, the famous bowl which consist of mash, gravy, corn and cheese was served to me without cheese and corn, it was also left unsealed with lids that did not fit the container and did not seal, the mash and gravy spilt into the paper bag the kfc is served it in causing the bag to tear and everything falling out, my kids did not have their dinner i promised them because of the incompetence of the staff of that kfc franchise, worst service ever experienced
