Was not given service

Went into the Bedford Center Branch at lunchtime, queue of people but only 1 server initially. Got to the front fo the queue, was told I couldnt use my card and was directed to another counter with a server who ignored me completely to count some change from her till and then promptly walked away. I was absolutely disgusted and left the branch. Went to the Troyeville branch drive through, again, could not use the speedpoint. At the window where I collect the order was told that I had an additional 10 minute wait for my order. Tried to cancel my order and get a refund which was refused. After waiting for my order I got back to my office to find that I had missing Item. Does no-one at KFC care about what they are doing or how they treat customers?
