Was given a wrong order and bad attitude

On the 26.04.2015 around 3pm in the afternoon,I went to a KFC the one opposite cresta mall along beyer naude drv,placed an order for 4zinger wings was given my order when I got home as was getting ready to eat ,when I opened what I thought it was zinger wings it was 1 piece of dry meat.I was furious bcoz it meant I had to go back which was going to waste my petrol n time 4 a mistake that was not suppose to happen,when I got back to KFC, I asked for a manager a lady named Maria came who was very rude did not even have the audicity to apologise. I gave her the slip which showed 4zinger wings but in the take way package there was one dry piece of meat but she still want an explanation from me,she then called another manager named Caroline as well came and failed to apologise and they kept having conversations on the sides and thy brought 4zinger wings and they throwing them like they are doing me a favour,therefore I ended up telling them that I no longer want them,then I took my money back.service at that kfc is really disgusting,they dont know the meaning of customer service.I took videos and pictures of the incidence and will be putting them on social media.Regards unhappy custom
