Was Denied the rest room

I went into KFC in st Georges in town to buy myself and my partner a meal at 7:15pm and I was assisted by a lovely cashier. After placing the order I needed the bathroom and so did my partner, in search of the bathroom I bumped into a gentleman named ongema and asked where the rest room was his first response was that there was no toilets to my surprise as the cashier had said there were toilets available, then he said they are blocked. I returned to the counter and told the cashier and she asked him to please open up and she also was puzzeled as if to note that there was no such. We took our food and took our seats, the eating arena already had all its moveable chairs up and ongema was mopping. My partner could not hold it in and ended up begging and he eventually opened the toilets and they did not seem blocked. I was shocked as this was the most disgusting service ever, I did not ask to be given the meal for free i paid for it and I should not have to beg for a complimentary service to use the facilities for clients. Ongema clearly wanted to go home as soon as the branch closed and did not care about KFC customers.he was rude and it was disgusting. Shame on KFC and ongem
