Warning - KFC shops trying to cause confrontations

KFC chicken products are normally of very high quality level. In 99% of the cases it is perfect to eat right away - great specially when travelling.

Unfortunately we find suddenly that the specifics and quantities of units provided is not what was ordered and paid for. In the last two weeks it has happened four times at different outlets/shops in or near Pretoria that the number or type of items paid for was not provided. When you are too hurried to get on your way, it is not seen until you want to eat it and that is normally quite a far way away on a highway. We think it is a trend being set to annoy customers for some reason as it is done with so much "glee" that you cannot believe that there could be a mistake - but it is become so often that we think it is done on purpose and that they want to cause a confrontation - this is what will happen when they do it again to me - and this is not good for the image of KFC and will not be good for my image either - but it is getting too much to just keep quiet. So we are trying to warn customers to either stay away from KFC for this season or make very sure that you get in the bag what you paid for before you leave that pick-up point - the people behind you can surely wait for you to take everything out of the bag and check - also in front of the person sticking it into the bag...
