Warming up last nights food

On 29.09.2019 between 06:00 and07:00 I purchased two box master from kfc at Cnr. Grobler and Trichardt Streets Makhado Louis Trichardt, Limpopo 920. The box master were extremely hot that I could not hold them with my hand so I waited for it to cool down only to find that it was not freshly made but looked like it was warmed up the lettuce and tomato was dead the sauce was completely melted and dried
