Wake up!

<p>Earlier i went to KFC in commercial road Port Elizabeth and it wasnt busy with only one car in the drive through. When i got to the window i was asked if its cash or card and when i said card the lady said i have to go inside as their card machine isnt working. I asked her why there wasnt a notice at the entrance of the drive through and she just pulled up her shoulders and rolled her eyes and said to me that she doesnt know. I exploded right there. I said to her who does she think she is, because she is not doing me any favours by helping me there is alot of other places we could go to! At that time a very very nice lady came and tried to sort out the problem and took my order and said i dont have to wait as i could just go up to the counter. I said thats not the problem. Why was there no notice and then the attitude of this individual! She was so nice and helped me and appologized and luckily we had cash so we paid at the next window. Come on kfc its not just this store! I had the same problem at the Stanford Road store a while ago! Get your act together! And another thing! Promote this lady that was so nice and fire the other rude woman that doesnt even deserve to be a cleaner in my opinion.</p>
