Waitng time and staff attitude

On the 26/09/2020 I went to a McDonald's in Adderly Street...I got in store at 15:05 placed my odder and paid for it in 3 minutes. I left the store after 30 minutes of waiting for food that was just not arriving. I was so mad I left without my food. I eventually had to get someone to pick up my food. This is the worst customer service iv ever received. The staff are just so slow and they continue on about their business like we are not piling on top of each other waiting for food. It is a health hazard for us to have been standing so long so close to each other and it is most irritating part is the staff nonchalant attitude about the whole thing was just the worst customer service experience iv ever had.
