Waiting time for orders

I came in to buy 2 zinger box masters, got served and received and invoice at 19:19 order 324. The order screens are not working and orders are to be queued for. To my surprise box masters are served to the drive through customers and as I write this review there are 5 box masters that have been served that were bought after me. As it is I am writing now at 19:50 still waiting and Kgotso (staff member) can not give me an answer as to why I have to wait this long.

It's really appalling service from your staff and needs to be addressed.
