waiting period unaccptable

<p>I was at kfc okavango life style on tuesday on 25/7/2017 at 7.30pm.</p> <p>the teller told me the waiting period woud be 15min.for the food that i orderd</p> <p>.I place my order and waited 15min. 15min pass by and i still haven't receive my food.</p> <p>then i asked them what is happening and they told me there was no chicken??????</p> <p>So they let me wait 15mins only to find out that there was no chicken,How can still be accptable!!!</p> <p>I then procceded to place a order of chips (In this waiting period) and then I was told there was no tomatoe sauce and salt. I took the chips without the sauce and salt anyway!!!</p> <p>I eventually recieved the chicken almost and hour later.</p> <p>My commplaint is that this is not how your service should go about..</p>
