Waiting over an hour for cold food!!!!

KFC Pretoria North once again a dissappointment!!!!!! We orderder KFC last night for my brothers birthday, they said the order will be 30 to 40 min , we waited an HOUR then called again then waited another 30 min before they came. When we got the Chicken it was cold and the rest of the order was wrong, we didnt get all the chips we ordered so there wasnt enough food . The driver said we can send it back but he has to do another 5 deliveries before he can go back... we were waiting for an hour and a half and wasnt prepaired to wait any longer. So we took it. It wasnt enjoyable at all and its not the first time we have problems with the Pretoria North KFC!!!
