waiting one hour still not being served

After a long day I walked into kfc in eerste river to buy food for my family. I waited an hour saw how all the drive thru food are being served. I than request my order as people who ordered after me were being served. I was given chicken of orders that were standing there for more than 20min. I ordered a 10piece feast I was told 3 big pieces were available for me. I waited an hour out of 10pieces 3 big pieces which were old as it was taken out of other orders which were standing there. After a long wait I got the choice to wait another 15min.
