Waiting more than an hour for food!!

I went to KFC Langenhovenpark, Bloemfontein today ar 19h00. We used the drive thru. At that stage there were only a couple with one order in the shop. At 19:51 we were second. The people who were first at collection told me that they have ordered only 2 pieces of chicken and that the staff told them that they ran out of chicken. They also told me that they were in the queue as from 18:50. We received our order on 20:06 without any explanation and/or excuse why it took so long. It is rediculous to wait more than an hour for your food. Thanks for your poor service!!!! From now on, I will buy Steers where you get the best service and it is not necessarily to wait for more than an hour, if the shop is not busy. That is the poorest service that I have received from any KFC in 20 years time. You won't see me again!!! I am going to list the above on Hello Peter and on Bad Business Bloemfontein. Keep on with your bad service!!!
