Waiting forever for a small order

On 15 July 2022, I went into the KFC Dalview store in Brakpan to order takeaway. My receipt shows the time ordered: 18:46 (order nr 339). I received my order at 19:19. Which means I waited 33 minutes for an order of:

x1 Burger x2 Dunked pops 4 Dunked Wings Small pops x2 Oreo Krushers

How is this waiting time for this order acceptable? I spoke to the manager, she was not phased. Not even an apology.

So disappointing to say the least.
