Waiting for manager

Kfc rosmead manager called me yesterday and tried to speak to me..told him that I was at work and that my phone battery was about to die..Asked him if he could call me back in the next hour..got nothing... I then called the store myself and asked to speak to the manager..at no avail... the staff member took my contact details and asked when would be a good time to call...I told her around 9 in the morning as I'll be in meetings the rest of the day... still waiting for this manager..
