Waiting for a refund from KFC that was escalated since the 11th of July 2024 till now

On the 11th of July 2024 I bought KFC of the amount of R181 on their KFC app, it was on a Thursday. My location pinned near Nyanga, instead of KFC letting us KFC *****s know that they do not deliver in certain townships, no they deducted my R181 for the meal I ordered and then minutes after the transaction, I received smses that my order has been cancelled due to unavailable drivers and that I will need to wait for 7 working days to get my refund which I have not got till this day from KFC.
