Waiting an hour and a half for what is deemed fast food

I went to the KFC Lyndhurst caltex garage. I was extremely hungry so I thought it would be a good idea to get some fast food. Worst mistake of the day!!!!!!! Got the window and it was almost closing time so I understood when they advised that there was limited things to buy on the menu. I ended ordering a streetwise 2 and 20 zinger wings which I though would take a max of 10mina to get and I would be out of there. Little did I know I would be there for an hour and a half. The person at the window gave my order to the car before me and then to top it all off they did not even check his slip to verify what he ordered. They then advised that the food is finished and that was the last of it. At that time my girlfriend is heavily pregnant and getting cramps while we are there from the hunger. They advised that they would need to make my order from scratch which took forever.i really did not enjoy the service I was given and how much of my time was wasted. Last time I checked fast food shouldn't take an hour and a half to get. I could have cooked from scratch and even eaten in that amount of time. I am appalled that this would even be the standard of service offered by KFC... I would never go back to that KFC because there is just so much incompetence. I am beyond disappointed!!!!!!!
