Waiting 20 minutes for chicken

I just ordered myself a 24 piece bucket of zinger wings and a street wise two thinking this would be a quick and easy trip. But boy was I wrong. I got to the window to collect the food where the lady was very rude and did not seem interested in helping. I was then told by another guy that I need to go wait in the parking spot as my food will be ready in 5 minutes(this after I had waited 5 minutes to hear something). I then sat another 20 minutes waiting until I got out and asked what was happening and got told your food is already out and I should have it. I asked where it was and then see they had forgotten about it and we're still preparing it. Another 10 minutes and I finally have my food. <br> <br> This is not the first time this KFC has been completely useless and after seeing the other review of your service you clearly have done nothing about the issue. <br> <br> So much for \fast food""""
