Waiting 2 hours for food and then they canceled order

So on the 25-01-2023 we order our food online at 18:00 paid for it and everything at 20:00 stil no food to call no sms login to online app o sorry your order has been canceled we will refund your money.we did call the call center buy ****ing excuse me rude and no care in the world no apology whatsoever so know we probably will wait a week for our money to reflect the service of KFC is ****ing disgusting you could not give 2 ****s I am highly upset with this **** I will never ever support you again
