waiting 10min in drive thru and staff are rude

<p>I am still waiting 10min later for my order at KFC Chatsworth centre in the drive thru. The staff that takes the order are rude and dont even greet yhe customers. Have other conversations while taking my order as well.and then make jokes regarding my order. Asked me to drive to window and she will talk to me and then doesnt even bother to be there when i get there. Instead is making jokes regarding my order. </p>
