Waiting 1 hour + for chicken

1 star is too much. Placed my order at 0757pm. It is now 0843pm I'm still waiting. With my kids. I don't mind long waiting times when shops are full.but this is a first no apology for the long wait my children are autistic and get very difficult when waiting especially this time at night. We just ordered wings chickens and snack packs. I have the screen shots
