Waited over 10min for order

I went to the KFC in Ghandi square. i asked the lady at the order counter if pops were available, she went to go check and she came back saying they were. i ordered small pops, and a strawberry sunrise Krusher. i waited over 10 min for my order, while other people who ordered after me got their food. i believe my order was small, and was not even supposed to take 3 min. when i finally go claim my order, the ladies pay very little attention to me, the one lady tells me that they still busy cutting the lemon, and the another lady comes and tells me that the pops were taking long to make, the same lady whom i asked if the pops were available. when i do eat the pops, they were cold, to show that it was a complete lie. the ladies did not show any sort of remorse, and they were even laughing. I'm really not satisfied with the level of service you are offering your consumers. you wont find such things in areas that are more well established. it is not the first time this is happening, there was a time when i ordered a krusher only, and again, i had to wait for a very long time for my order. at least at that time the lady apologised. my order number was 308
