Waited for my order for over 30minutes

we were not attended to, a lady that bought an ice-cream cone had to wait 30 minutes. I waited over 30minutes for their famous meal (street wise2) this is totally unacceptable. No communication was given as to what was causing the delay. When we asked for a supervisor, he just walked away.
