Waited for an hour for dunked wings!
I waited for an hour for dunked wings and no one informed about what was happening.I left the store for a few minutes only to find out that my order was given to someone else, and I had to wait for another good 15 -20 minutes. Only after an hour that's when the manager came and apologized. I appreciate the apology but this is one of many times where I have received a bad service from the KFC in hatfield. They probably take advantage of the fact that the place is full of students.
