Waited for 30 minutes on drive thru

I went to KFC in Glen Acres, Kempton Park to buy a meal through their drive thru, and I waited by the window for more than 30 minutes just to have someone to take my order, and I kept hooting and no one came. There was a lady who kept going up and down and looking at me from distance and didn't even bother to come and check if I was assisted. I was in the middle of two cars and couldn't got out, I had to wait. When someone eventually came, I was told that there is only two people assisting, this is unacceptable, during all the time that I was waiting I could have gone to another KFC in town and back.
