Waited almost an hour in drive thru

Today we were directed out of the que at the drive thru in order to park in the parking area while we wait almost an hour for our food. This includes the time we stood in the wie taking turns to order and pay because the same person is taking order and handling payments.

Last week Friday an employee at this branch tried to add R20 to the total of my order, claiming it was for add hope, but she did not ask my consent. She had been fighting with and swearing at customers from behind the counter (she was also the only employee behind the counter at lunch time on a Friday). After we caught her out and had left, we realized they had "forgotten" the chips for ALL the meals we ordered.
