Waited 50 minutes only to get cold food

Today I went to the KFC at Daveyton Shoprite Centre and I literally waited 50 minutes for my meal, there was no explanation or apology from the staff, as I went to enquire about my food, the lady took my receipt and just handed me cold food. When I tried to go onto their website to lodge a complaint the website showed a "Coming soon" sign. KFC has really become the worst now. I've endured their bad service for long now.
