Wait in quee

You wait in queue nobody asks to help you ,just help people around .Don't even greet you when you are helped at last.There is never milkshake available when I go to this KFC,and I do go there a lot This is really a bad example of any fast food restaurant in the world.I think they need a lot of training on how to approach customers and be professional.On a previous occasion I did contact the owner after I received his number from the staff member,when he said he will meet with me ,which never happened.
