wait 50 minutes for kfc as staff get order wrong 3

Got to kfc on the corner of commercial road & gardner street at 16:10. Queue is long so get to the cashier at 16:20. At 16:32 I get my order so I open my bag to see that the strips and dip I ordered is not there and there are 3 rolls instead. Employee takes order back saying she will correct it. Now get order back and instead of 2 large plain gravies there are 2 large mash. Once again order is taken back and third time there is no dip but 2 pkts strips . Then the manager scolds the employee coz im there for over 40 minutes now and she takes her to the back while I wait for another 10 minutes while a new person tears open the packet and starts packing my order from scratch. Pathetic service. Food was cold due to being changed into so many different packets over such a long period of time. Kfc doesnt even sell plain mash so what made the employee even go to the back and fill the container s with it. Will never spend my money at kfc again. Wasted my time and money. Worst service I ever received and neither the staff member or the manager even came to apologise to me.
