Vuyelwa at KFC Bloemfontein Zastron street

I have just experienced a very horrible customer service from a lady by the name of Vuyelwa at KFC in Bloemfontein (Zastron Street). I bought street wise bucket and requested a thigh. when i finally got my order i asked if i was given a thigh as per my requested. Vuyelwa gave me responded with horrible attitude saying i did not state i wanted a thigh i politely responded and told her that i did, she then looked at me and told me that i didnt, she then threw the food on the table turned and said shes is done, and then left me standing there.. i seriously need this to be addressed with this lady as I am really not happy
