Vulgar language used to me by an employee called Fhulufhelo

I had an encounter with an employee by the name of Fhulufhelo yesterday at KFC Pretorius 2(Pretoria CBD). The lady told me to **** off the store if I don't wanna do what she wants. It's the employee's right to apply the lock down rules to customers yes but the manner in which she addressed me as a customer was totally out of line. No matter what the situation is but no employee is permitted to use vulgar language to a customer.
