On Tuesday morning I send my daughter to go buy is KFC the wrapster as we didn't breakfast and we were on our way to Canal Walk Cape Town I waited almost 15 to 20 mins for her only for her to return with no food I asked her where is the food she said first they made her wait 10 Mins for for serving her only to tell her they did no have the breast they use for the wrap and the other chicken will take 20 mins to be ready she spoke to the manager who was totally disregarded her complaint he didn't even offer any alternative and the staff was rude they dnt greet they have their own private conversations before serving the customer ppl was starting to complain but they did not care In the end we remained hungry no breakfast and this disgusting KFC in Grassy Park Cape Town right next to the Mosco continues to do their business you need to close your doors I i have to get a petition going I will sies
