VREDENDAL KFC WORST KFC EVER

KFC in Vredendal is appalling. Why do you have an online service but it does not work due to a technical problem. There is always an issue at this KFC and all the Manager on duty want to do is apologise, if you lucky. I am so tired of hearing sorry cause that is all that is done. No change behaviour. This evening I had to stand 20 minutes in a drive through line just to pay in side the store. I have tried speaking to managers and supervisors many times. I also went to the point to speak to the Store Manager named Chris but the services are worst each time you go back.
