Voucher

23rd May 2025 i placed an order online. I added my order proceeded to checkout, entered my voucher then proceed to pay for delivery whilei was waiting for the system to load, it kicked me out. I logged in again, order was in my chart. Went straight to chart and proceeded to checkout, added my vouche it the said this wicode is already in use and yet the order was not placed. I called customer care line on Friday they logged a case and said i should wait 24-48 hours the case will be resolved when i called again to check the progress on Tuesday day still they gave me nothing solid, asked me to wait. When i called again on friday the lady whou was assisting me said the vouchers was used in store on Saturday 24/05/2025 and i asked how and who used it because i never used it and the store she was telling me abou is in Johannesburg and i reside i Durban she then said maybe there was a mistake she will escalate the issue. Till today i haven't received anything, this is soo annoying 😩😩
