Very very very bad service

What a bad service received at KFC Sky City,I just went pass there to grab something to eat with my family,firstly we were made to wait for too long and it wasn't that busy, the worst part when we got home trying to eat, the meat was very tasteless,it was burnt we couldn't taste the KFC,the spice was also burnt the mean was literally bitter,I have never in my history of buying KFC eaten such tasteless meat, I will never ever buy in that store no matter how desperate I can be,it was my first and the last time buying there,one piece was even black on the side,the person who packed the meat didn't even bother to exchange it they just packed it.What happened to customer service and what happened to KFC standard,wow I am so annoyed as I am writing this message.
