Very very poor service from KFC Umphakathi

Very poor service from KFC Umphakathi Mall. I get to the drive through at 19:45 and told it is not working and I need to get inside. I get inside and order at 20:03. After placing my order, the drive through is up and running and priority is given to drive through people. I was order #2287 and order #2289 receives his order before me, he was picked from the queue and he gave his order number and it was packed for him. Only got my order at 20:35
