Very very bad food

<p>I went to KFC Plumstead on Wednesday, 31/08/2016 at around 17:00 to purchase my kids a treat. My daughter decided to try the new sweet chilli crunch burger. What a dissapointment. The roll was so old it was crumbling, the piece of chicken on the burger had clearly been standing for the day cause it was hard, touch and cold. It was absolutely terrible and my daughter could not eat it. The chips that she got with it was cold. This is not the first bad experience I have had at KFC Plumstead regarding their old food, besides their bad service. Hence the reason I have decided to post something. I feel that in todays times, take out is unaffordable so when you do have a bit extra to buy your kids a treat, it is already so expensive so you want it to be worth your while. I cannot say that the food at KFC plumstead is ever nice. It is shocking that one must spend so much money to be disappointed and have to throw food away. Very very unhappy customer after all the money I have spent their. i think someone seriously needs to have a look at whats happening at that branch cause management is clearly not doing it.</p>
