Very very bad experience - KFC Promenade

I bought for my family Streetwise Two meals from KFC Promenade 21 Feb 2019 after 9 pm, but when I got home, we did not enjoy the food, my wife did not even eat the meal, because the Chicken was tasteless. It did not taste like the original recipe and also no salt on the chicken as well as the chips. I could understand that they ran out of catchup because they told me, but I did not expect the food to taste, tasteless. Very very bad experience ........
