VERY VERY BAD

good day <br> <br> on monday the 05/10/15 @ 20h45 i went to buy KFC at savanah mall polokwane i ordered a streetwise 5 and a popcandy crusher i ask the cashier to please exchange my large chips for a small pops, she then told me that i am not allowed to do it, i told her to call the supervisor who is on duty, i ask the same question to the supervisor she also told me you can't do it, i then told her but at all the other branches where i have bought i was able to do it except here i then told her to just add me a small pops then, on my way to the second window i phoned one of my friends who happens to be a RGM at KFC he told me ofcourse you can change your large chips for a small pops because the chips is more expensive than the pops. now im already furious because i cant get my order the way i want it, came to the second window the lady told me to park infront and wait 15min for my order because they dont have any chicken left, its an hour and 30 min before you close and you dont have any chicken left, i drove off and park the park 20min later that same manager brought my food telling me here is your order thank you and bye, NO SORRY with a BIG ATTITUDE<br> <br> PLEASE SORT THIS OUT FOR ME <br> THANKS
