Very unhappy customer

I am totally disappointed with the service received today at KFC. I was with my daughter we placed an order cause the line was to long during the placement of the order. We left and came back and we were told to stand in the line again to collect the order. The lady that was handing out orders gave me an attitude and asked me didn't the cashier tell you to get your order you must stand in the receiving line. Mind you I'm pregnant and had to ask my small child to stand in the receiving line to help collect the order. The customer service is poor and disgusting. I don't know what kind of people you'll hire or is it the lack in training your stuff on how to treat customer's.
