Very Unhappy client

Date Tuesday 5,Dec 2024... Worst experience ever at KFC Goodwood in Cape town Western Cape South Africa. 1. we had continuous disturbances with a person who was persistent in yr restaurant begging for money that even prior to us receiving our meals. During the startup of our meals we could hardly eat properly as this disturbances continued.our meals was totally ruined as the 3family members including myself had to rush to eat our meals and just wanted to get out.y spouse and I had to physically get up and raise our voices loud. Other customers became agitated prior during and after this incident. No security was present. The staff member a lady told us this was a continuous thing that happens. No report was made etc 2. The most disgusting experience was yet to come. After I threw my meal literally down my throat. I went to the male toilet .wht an utter disgust it was.imagine this. I had to cover my mouth with my one hand to kill the stench. The strange thing is at our arrival men customer was in yr KFC. The toilet had pool leftover inside . Stinking . I felt I wanted to vomit..I complaint to the lady. No 3 the incident ofy 20 rand falling on the floor that was just swept away .I don't even want to mention. I want an apology.i want my indrive Money for a return trip from kuils river to KFC Goodwood and I want my money of meals back.And complimentary meals for 3 persons to the value or more I spend at yr establisheent.
